I?m a realist but for once in my life I?m seeing maroon......this close to Three SEC wins....not only that had the LEAD .....then it?s in our hands not the opponent. I?ve always believed put yourself in a POSITION to win.....For some reason I think Lebby is growing and learning......I like being in a position to win in a second year, now down the road it?s a problem, but DOGS were one stupid penalty away from beating the anointed one......GO DOGS.....Just thinking about Brian Kelly getting @ $210,000 every week for 5 years not working......@@@@ good work if you can get it!!!!!!!!

I'm sure there are some. But not sure how many we could realistically get.
I was just being me by pointing out the winless conf record. Yall know I can't help myself haha

Lebbo started in a hole. He had less talent for 2024 when he got here than Croom had when he arrived.
Now this season- we have improved the roster quite a bit but it still lacks depth and has some holes. We are vastly improved. This is basically his Y1. Huntzler looks like a DC now that he has some talent to work with. We just scored 38 on Texas who had only given up more than 21 once before Saturday. Yes its frustrating not to stack some wins but it is what it is.
The program is headed in the right direction. In this Era of Portal/NIL- being competitive is about all we can ask for with our wallet that we have.

You don't think Rosebowl is a MSU fan?
The reality is Robby tries to be the guy that says "what everyone is thinking" but there is a price to be paid for being that guy in the world of journalism when you cover a team. The reality is most of his opinions that he has pushed really hard for at MSU have turned out very poorly.

If Lebby is successful down the road here, we need to tweak his contract so he don't bolt easily. We stick with him to let him grown up on our dime, we need something in return down the road.
He has to learn or he won?t succeed.

Those 100 guys wouldnt have won a mf'ing thing last year with the money given for a roster and what was left to them- thats a fact. We didnt lose 1 ****ing game last year because of coaching. Our roster was terrible.
Now this year we have improved the roster by spending some damn money but we are still spending bottom of the SEC money. Can Lebby make some better decisions? Absolutely. But we are progressing and moving forward. Last year was a throw away season by everybody. We spent Nasty Bunch/ULL money on our roster last year

Couple of things:
Robbie molests collies and is a dumb ****stick. He needs to cover girls soccer and golf and then stfu.
Rosebowl is a different kind of cat but he knows sports and loves State. He and I didnt see eye to eye in the beginning simply because we hadnt had a conversation. We have since had a few convos and understand each other pretty well.
Keep funding to build depth plus keep/develop good players on campus. This is the way. Find some gems like Lame did in D-2 with the QB. They are there. Thats what analysts and other staff are for.

He’s just (probably) 55+ years old and can’t stand how Steve looks, bottom line. Never mind what he says, how big a fan he is or how much he’s been through. I appreciate SR personally, not that I always agree with him

I really don't know much about SR, but if I recall he essentially was the one to get Freeze fired at OM with his calls to the escort service. I thought SR got himself in some trouble for that too with libel/slander even though he released the phone call...or there was some kind of drama involved. Kind of backfired on him though because Kiffin is a much better coach than Freeze, so it makes me annoyed SR wasn't smart enough to see Freeze was more a flash in the pan and not that great of a coach

Wow. Kudos to you and your surroundings if no one has slipped and screwed up in their lives.
ETA? and if they have, I truly hope they?ve turned their life around, no matter how they dress.

I don't care how he dresses or what he looks like. I can also appreciate him turning his life around. But I'm not going to feel sorry for him because he chose to do drugs and get himself in that situation. Both things can be true.

Speaking as someone who grew up poor and lost his childhood best friend at 23 to drug use (organ failure - not intentional overdose). It's not always that easy. Life affords different people different opportunities. And no this is not a comment on our skin color. I had parents who went to State and stuck together through my dad's illness. He wasn't so lucky to have a full family unit and his situation made them dirt poor.
You really don't get the influences one has unless you walk that life. Peer pressure at a young age. The disease that is addiction.
Saying it's easy to "not do drugs" - that's such a main character ass take. Not everyone walks through life like you do. Have some empathy and listen to someone else's struggle. Be better.

I don't always agree with Rosebowl either, but I respect him. What he wears and looks like doesn't matter to me. I can definitely say that he is a hard worker and he has always treated me with respect.
