When he comes into the game he literally has been given 3 designed plays. If you and I know what's about to happen you don't think the defense knows as well? Him not throwing the ball was because they knew the play and had it covered. The worst thing to do would be force it anyways and get an interception.
Exactly, it's pretty easy to see for the defense. But give him some snaps to open things up.
