    Preston had trouble throwing strikes in the fall. He's getting behind hitters today and throwing way too many pitches. Not a good start for him.

    Actually he could if he gets trucked by an infielder and falls on his arm. Also if he had cancer like KO originally said, ain't no injury on the field would exacerbate his cancer diagnosis. If he has a significant elbow injury, I would label it inappropriate to let him expose himself to further injury by being on the field.
