Full disclosure: I was surprised he even made contact after his first 2 swings at the breaking ball ankle high. Trying to get something positive out of that at bat.

There is no way we let Sims coach 1B if he has a tear

No competent trainer or doctor would allow for that in todays age

Normally, I'd prefer a k, but with this team at the moment, I'm ok with putting the ball in play

Ok man. Whatever you say

Preston had trouble throwing strikes in the fall. He's getting behind hitters today and throwing way too many pitches. Not a good start for him.

It's his elbow dude. If it's torn he can't get it hurt worse!!! Good grief.

Actually he could if he gets trucked by an infielder and falls on his arm. Also if he had cancer like KO originally said, ain't no injury on the field would exacerbate his cancer diagnosis. If he has a significant elbow injury, I would label it inappropriate to let him expose himself to further injury by being on the field.

Radio surprised that ball got out. With this wind, keep scoring

And Logan sends a piss missile into Lake Pontchartrain. Grand Slam. Dogs up 7-2.
