We have got to stop canceling people, especially for stuff that happens ten years ago. If they have proof that is still says these things, then okay you are within your statute of time. Edit: Giving people the chance to show that they have changed improves society. It shows that we can forgive, forget, and move on. If we cannot be a forgiving society than we are quickly degrading from America's founding principles.
"statute of limitations" is a legal thing. as far as im aware gruden has not been arrested for his slur emails. that would be a 1st amendment violation

at-will employment is a conservative idea. sounds like you are trying to have the government tell this private employer who they have to hire and fire. Why are you so hell bent on socialism and communism in America?
