Think the decals or stickers will stay on the bag?

Depends on the type of decals you place on the plastic. Should be able to see on the package if the decal stays on plastic/PVC.

Y'all are most welcome.....I suppose I will check out stickers/decals both when I get to StarkVegas. Wouldnt be necessary though....just jazz up with some maroon/white chevron ribbon or an inexpensive scarf even ~

FWIW, A&M is implementing this policy starting in August 2016 as well for all ticketed athletic events. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about this at more schools starting in the upcoming school year.

All SEC schools will have this policy starting at the 2017 football season.

If it reflects the NFL policy, you can carry a 5x7 bag that doesn't have to be clear. I bought my wife the phone case that carries her ID and credit card for when we go to Saints games. Guess she'll use that for State games now too.

You can carry one clutch purse in addition to the 12 x 12 x 6 clear bag. The Purse is essentially a 5 x 7 and can have the strap, or be without the strap. Also, if you wish to bring in a sweatshirt or blanket then you may do so, and just throw it over your shoulder.

Lol, that's a great idea. We'll carry around stupid clear plastic bags because of their dumbassery, but they have to wear clear towels around their head. That's very fair.

Thank you! Cosmetic bags still fit in clear plastic bags. Or better yet, my small shoulder strap purse fits within the parameters mentioned that IS on the fly list.

Seems like they should have issued a press release by now if the cat is out of the bag.
Stricklin somewhat confirmed it the other day by answering someone's tweet on Twitter. I'm sure they're in the process of writing up the policy in our own MSU terms, not Bama's.

I beg to differ, but that's just me. It's a step.

My wife is diabetic so she brings her supplies. And we've also still got one in diapers, so we bring all of those supplies too, and a change of clothes for the little one.

What is it going to stop? There's no metal detectors or pat downs. Anything that could've fit in a small non-clear bag could just as easily be planted on you somewhere. This will be about as effective and useful as the TSA airports.
