MSU to Implement Clear Bag Policy at all Athletic Events starting this season

This is according to the Alabama Press Release that listed MSU as a fellow school to be implementing this policy before the 2017 required mark by the SEC.

To be fair, it will speed up the bag check process, which means you'll get to your seat quicker. But the fact that it will be an 11 AM kickoff for the first game of this new policy. There's going to be A LOT of cranky people week 1 against USA.

Just curious, what do ppl bring in bags to football games? The only thing I bring is liquid & goes around my waist but it was already on the no-fly list.

On that note, each patron is allowed one clear bag. So your kids can have a clear bag themselves so you can have them help carry stuff in. Blankets will be carried outside of bags and will just be draped over your shoulder or stuff like that.

If that's the case, then in 2017 it will be down conference wide. Doesn't seem to affect the NFL much considering they have the same policy.

It's still gonna take people by surprise. Got me and my wife off guard when we went to a Saints game 2 years ago. It had been about 5 years since we had gone to a game and we just weren't aware of the policy

Women cannot carry purses and the bags they carry will be clear. So out of six home games there is a chance a few 1000 women will not attend every game due to monthly cycle.
