At Florida it depends which hour of the day it is. So to sum it up, the structure is FAR BETTER at Ole Miss. Hell the structure is better at Mississippi State than it is Florida.
Again, those are all reasons why you think it's a "better (or even) job" not what makes it easier to win there.
