I was there. And you're right it was incredible. I will say that when the news of his salary broke that was all people were talking about, however. No wonder we got him.
The thing is if you're going to fire Lemonis you have to make sure you hire someone better. Which we did. It wouldn't have made sense to fire Lemonis and then hire someone risky like an up and comer or assistant that may have had many of the same issues as Lemonis. And to do that we were going to have to pay.
