There are plenty of non-P4 teams with better resumes. Coastal Carolina is likely to host, and if they want to give out another bid, it's more likely to go to Dallas Baptist, UTSA, or Northeastern.
Having said that, I really hope they do host and we get sent there. It will be 2017 all over again.
They won't give it to DBU. Stadium is small and no on campus parking. Like NONE. They have like 150 spots for visitors on the entire campus.
