Roughly 7 -7.5 mil, above the table anyway

We have to demand they do their jobs with a sense of urgency and requirement to do it well.
Right now they are severely lacking in my opinion.
They are running a church league athletic departments
They get paid a lot. Demand excellence !
I agree and have believed this for a long time. The baseball and basketball stats on the hailstate site are usually wrong. Someone has to be held accountable. And I could go on and on. Our employees are not competing at a high level every day. They aren’t.

Well great, can u even stream those sports? Haha

I have repeatedly preach this same message. Demand excellence from the top of the athletic administration down to the water boys. Be very proactive, think outside the box and be very vocal about it. Our coaches are very seldom on sports talk radio shows doing interviews. Our athletic director is basically never heard from and made a very lazy hire for football. Yet us average fans are supposed to just poor money into nil Bulldog club for football and baseball for a terrible product on the field.
-
Yeah, not giving a dime to this NIL. I just don?t care anymore. We couldn?t compete before NIL and we cannot compete with NIL. I might as well keep my money because I cannot fire a player or coach that pisses me off after I ?donate? my money.

People keep saying Lebby was lazy hire but he was a premier OC in a P5 conference and nobody wanted this job. There was nothing lacy about it, most of our fans were drooling over him when he was at OM.

Also, name me two players from those sports.

Get a bit of OM talent and then we?ll talk.

You can?t laugh about this when it?s true. Just the other day, Kiffin was on a nationally known podcast (The Pivot). Things like this make an impact, no matter how small. Small schools can compete even in today?s landscape, but your marketing has to be on point. We haven?t had strong marketing since Byrne and Stricklin. Hell, the majority of people, even the blue hairs, know about hashtags, and we were one of the first to paint one in our end zone. No matter how much we hate the social media age, it?s needed now. And a balance can be found between those that like today?s age of media and those that don?t.

I agree. Unfortunately, it would cost so much more money for us to have a chance to win anything. Way more money than we're willing to admit. Meanwhile we are frozen in time. Watching the world go by.

Arizona State didnt play an SEC schedule. In the SEC they go 7-5
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Kiffin was just on a podcast that interviewed the current POTUS. Our PR people aren’t even in the same league as OM. We’re too busy hoping the coach will join Pinelake and saying we’re morally superior.

Selmon isn't the answer. He won't be here in 18 months. He doesn't compete at his job. We have too many office workers showing up at 8:00 and leaving at 5:00. We aren't handling the details. The department isn't efficiently run. And nobody has the balls to fix it. There has to be a fire, an expectation, accountability, work ethic, and a desire to compete on a daily basis at everything that you do. We aren't getting it done.

You're wrong on most of that. My only complaint with is the shitty marketing and the ticket setup for football. But you can call his office and he'll get with to discuss your concerns if you want to. He's easy to catch up with.

Don’t bother them, ignorance is bliss. How many more screeching at anyone in charge are we going to have?

We must have some AD employees in the chat.
Our fans wonder why we suck. Then they react negatively to people complaining.
Pathetic,
Get your head back in the sand and accept your 2-10.

Did that bell fall at the game or did I dream that?
Where is ignorant part?
Enlighten us
I know we are doing good in women?s rowing or spending.
