The problem with firing this staff next year is the same people that hired them will get to do it again. Guess we'll be hiring the next bright OC as our coach next year. At this point, who cares.
This is the absolute biggest issue. We need new money players to make aggressive decisions but it'll be the same people so they will screw it up again.
