I think you are on to something. Our football program sucks and our admin only knows how to hire coordinators and our coordinators turned HC only know how to hire "Friends" who have never been coordinators because our message board Fanbase, which makes up about 1% of our entire Fanbase, sucks! Does that about sum it up?
