Some of the folks I've talked to have dropped Hines below the 10th round. He's really hurt himself this year.
If Hines had any sort of leverage I would say he comes back 100%. I just don't know how much he'd realistically raise his stock by coming back. I mean maybe if he put up Rooker type numbers then yes.
