Loftin was considered a sure-fire rotation guy who had a high asking price to MLB. Look how that's turned out for 2 years.
Situations like this is why we have been where we are. Everybody in the SEC would have taken Loftin's signature.
Loftin gets healthy he could still be a draft pick next year. Parker had already corrected some things and he was throwing pretty well even with lower velo. He's got to develop a pitch to go with his change. I blame Foxy for not developing him.
