He's got more work to do. Fletcher needs probably 3 more solid years to lock it up. Aaron Donald would be a Hall of Famer if his career ended today. Fletcher is really really good. But he's got a little more work to do to solidify HOF.

I think Chris has a legit shot though. He needs a decent number of All Pros and some dominant years. He's got to be an All Pro a couple times to do that and he's got the talent. Hope he gets there.
Fletcher Cox is a lock today. And Aaron Donald would not be today. It's based on having length to your career as well.
