I think playing in the USFL and Bruce Matthews moving from guard to center hurt him as far as Pro Bowls go. He does have Peter King on his side and that's a good thing if you are a borderline HOF guy. Also the Bills not winning a Super Bowl hurts. He is in the Bills Ring of Honor though.
He needs Kelly and the other Bills from those teams to politic heavily for him
