My point in the thread is pointing out what is looking like an enormous disadvantage we have in hiring new guys I think everyone agrees we need. JoMo is pretty new to P5 coaching so he doesn’t have a huge personal contact list. Factor in that Sexton is the straw that stirs the drink in the south and here we are.
