Mullen switched from Sugar to Sexton so he could move and he lands a DC and gets moved. This is after years of trying to leave and couldn’t land jobs.
I’m not overthinking anything. If JoMo was a Jimmy guy he’d get more names in front of him. It’s simple.
But that wasn’t his last year. That was a couple years before. Mullen hires Collins, Manny, Grantham all good DCs. He didn’t have trouble finding guys.
