No... I don't think this is irrational.
When you have a video:
- showing security forcing people out
- people saying they have no place to go
- people making them aware their is a basement...
That's pretty clear. You tell me, what can the Bin say that will make that situation better? It didn't happen? What can they say, in your mind, that changes the story to acceptable?
