Yeah - but that just sucks for us. Because if the situation stays the same, then we end up going 3-9 or 4-8 next season.

I?m glad we aren?t overpaying for kids on a 2-10 team.
Also- I question someone?s manhood who goes to a school that passes you up out of high school and last years transfer portal. First Zavion and then Coleman and to an extent-Craver.
We're so screwed. When we have to worry about mid-SEC teams taking our stars, I can't see a path back.
A few days ago, I read we were keeping craver and Coleman. Today, we have neither. We are going the wrong direction...
I promise that losing Kevin Coleman is not going to win or lose us one game next year. Because we will replace him QUITE EASILY. He's a 17 receiver. This offense creates 65/850/5 TDs like the wishbone creates 1000 yd rushers. And if we didn't have a QB who only knew how to throw a deep ball it would've created more this past year.
Hang on - that is just crazy talk. There are not 75 Kevin Coleman's in the portal. The guy went for 74 catches and 932 yards and 6 TDs in the SEC.
I get you are pissed off, I know I am, but to act like this isn't a body blow is crazy talk. The guy was the third-leading receiver in the SEC. I mean come on man, when you say stuff like this, when we have actual good news how are you going to have any credibility?
This isn't Craver, this is most likely a first team pre-season ALL SEC WR next year.
Yeah realistically there are 5-6 and my guess is we do not get one. Anderson seems to be the best guy we?re on and I would not say he is Coleman level (yet).
Anyway, not feeling good on JA. I get we have all these connections and family and stuff but dont ever forget we are still MSU.
Yea. Makai Polk was 17/183/2 the year before he was 105/1036/9. There were 100 Makai Polk's in the portal that year. We almost ended up with another until some transfer rule got in the way. Offenses make receivers 99% of the time. Only elite HOF level receivers make offenses.
Ryan Williams, Cayden Lee, Aaron Anderson, Matthew Golden, Isaiah Bond, Cam Coleman, Keandre Lambert-Smith would all be ahead of him. We're fine. Coleman is a loss and I literally said this one stings, but you just replace him and move on. This isn't a QB, WR is the most replaceable position on the field.
