What's the deal with keeping visits secret? I guess I don't get it. I would think you would want everyone to know high profile players are visiting

Steve has alluded to this on here with regards to Jackson Arnold, but I saw where Steve Robertson said that he's heard from agency folks that people are watching his recruitment, and that he will bring players with him.

Well let’s say you found a diamond in the rough type player like Javonnie Gibson at UAPB. Do you really want it getting back to Auburn, South Carolina, or Ole Miss and drive the price up.

Joshua Bates, OU center, is visiting this weekend. Trying to set him and Jackson up at the same time. I would expect Jackson to get here late Thursday-early Friday morning.

I’m good with Thursday night, no need for him to stay the night in Reverend Hughes vicinity.

What if you are offering multiple high profile players at the same position? And do you really want rivals to know who all and how much you are offering...

Kevin Coleman gone to Mizzou. Bad loss. No matter how you look at it.

We know why they are bringing in several portal WRs now. This is the first loss that really stinks.

That's the first loss that really stings. We knew Drinkwitz and Mizzou were sniffing around. Coleman wanted to go there last off season but they didn't offer him. They're selling him on being their Luther Burden next year. Look for them to also make a play for Van Buren.

Heading home. It’s a move that really makes sense for him to be fair. Hard to win that kind of battle.

Guys this is just a Zavion situation. And it's going to end up exactly like the Zavion situation. He'll go from 74/932/6 to 43/370/2

Mizzou has won 20 games last two seasons. We live in a what have you done for me recently society. In his eyes he just went from the doormat of the SEC to a chance to compete for a playoff spot next season.
I don't think he is right, but damn how many players do we have left that someone may come get? There were only a handful of players on the roster worth keeping and MVB, Pollack, Craver and Coleman were 4 of them.
Hope this doesn't affect Arnold.

So who are we thinking could be a potential replacement for Coleman. Hate losing him, but have to think that should be one of the easier positions for Lebby to recruit.

I'll take your word on this situation.
