When lane kiffin got hired at tenn, he spent the whole offseason trash talking urban Meyer who had just won a natty for 2nd time in 3 years. Lane had the whole Florida fanbase so riled up wanting to destroy tenn that Florida actually struggled some and only won 23-13. Florida fans were irrate at the close score bc lane's trolling. Urban even referenced this game that just winning wasn't good enough for Florida fans. I always think about this when a team is talking a bunch of crap. Certainly it doesn't always work out like that all the time, but I want our players just focusing on winning, not trying to make a point

The "trash" talking coming from UK's side isn't nearly on the same level as a Lane Kiffin Tennessee vs Florida rivalry game. Tennessee vs Florida is a real rivalry.
