Sorry Friar, my memory's failing me on this. I'm sure his last name has something to do with one of the main downtown roads in Greenwood that is named Fulton. I moved away after living there my 1st 17 yrs of life and I'm now 55. Thanks for sharing though. I always appreciate history stuff on the Delta.
