    They are throwing Perez.
    5-5, 4.76 era. Only 41k in 58 innings. Gives up over a hit an inning. 1.46 whip.

    Can't bench our starting SS right now. He went 2-4 last game so hopefully that will get him going. Also, you would only be trading his bat for Hatcher's so it's not really an upgrade at this point. LA has the potential to go yard as he has 6 homers on the year.

    It's baseball, players are going to make errors, especially the SS. We can't go to Westburg at this point in the season.

    Yeah it was a mistake. Dude has made a ton of good plays at short for us this year. We don't have anyone better for that position. He'll be playing there next year too. Billingsly imploded after he didn't execute the first pick then got called for the balk on the second. Picking out one thing in that inning to blame on the whole fiasco would be the bogus balk call.

    On top of that he had two hits and an obviously huge 2 out RBI. Don't let your personal hate for him blind you
