Why?
On one side, I like having a different managing style for each league. On the other hand, I don't like having an inning where runs are at a premium so you might pull Kershaw in the 5th or 6th. That actually almost happened the other day. Kershaw had 80ish pitches after the 5th and was batting. If the hitter in front of him had reached then they would have had 2 men on with 1 out down by 1. Kershaw ended up getting a hit and tying the game but most pitchers look like I would trying to hit MLB pitching.
