    Weren't we prepared to lose this game? Am I upset that we lost this game? Of course, but we played lights out. We needed a 2 minute offense, but think Mullen was playing for OT. Just didn't work

    It was a good game but we HAVE to do something about our secondary. It MUST be addressed in the off season or next year it’s another 3-4 loss year.

    The turning point in the game was 2nd and 8 on the 12 and we went away from running Williams. Once that happened, it was one dumb move after another. The punt on 4th and 4 was beyond dumb. Our playcalling became shit when Mullen realized hey we could actually beat these guys.

    I don't have a problem with the initial call. But we were obvious, then they paused about 10 seconds and changed their play and we still did it. You know they were gonna burn us. That's what I have and problem with.

    It wasn't play calling, it wasn't the crowd, they executed when it counted, we didn't. It sucks but that IS what it was. Had we executed in the first half, Bama is playing from two scores down most of the game. Hell of a game, against the REAL #1. The farce that was the CFP is over now, esp since the perpetually overrated ND got skull drug.
