They don’t have to scrap the matrix, what they have to do is actually enforce it to the letter and the memebership has to back them in doing so. If that happens it won’t take long to really clean things up. As has been said many times already, this is the first real test case. I️ say if they DON’T enforce it to the letter it’s the beginning of the end of the NCAA.
