    One thing you must do to be a great head coach is hire great assistant coaches. Dan has hired Hev, Gozo, Townsend, Sallach, and Sirmon. That's just pathetic.

    Damn it I said I was going to bed.

    But guys, our coaching staff isn't good. And just because Dan pulled out 1 10 win season should not give him immunity here forever. Not saying we should fire the guy, but we should be able to stay in some of these games.

    I do, however, hold Dan personally responsible for not firing assistants who are horrible. Hev and Gonzo should walk home. This is terrible.

    Say what y'all want about Fitz. But he could have put up 42 tonight and still lost.

    This defense gives up big play after big play. Does anyone really think they could stop anyone with the game on the line? We will find out the next two games. This secondary has to get better. Fromm and Stidham have looked like Montana and Marino.

    Part of the problem is we are so effing scared to get Fitz hurt we don't run him like

    we did last year. This offense has is predicated off of that. No way in hell he was going to have the same kinda of numbers as he had last year because we've taken away a big part of his game. Kinda like Dak's senior year, except we totally took him outta the run game.
