If Matt is as sharp as y'all say, he should be looking into the damages at RR in order to turn up the heat on them.
All records for all employees. Emails and phone. All records pertaining to the downfall of the football program are justifiably needed because he'll have to show that any down turn in RR's business is do to the football program tanking (Freeze escorts, 5-7 no bowl, self imposed bowl ban, etc...) and not do to any statements linked to his client. Subpoena EVERYTHING!!!!
I wondered why this was not the first move by Leo and Kobe's lawyer. Get all Rebel Rags books. All records. Get all the security tapes from all recruiting weekends. Get all records from UM athletic department during recruiting weekends.
