If Freeze Bjork and Vitter were actually the pimps running the prostitution ring, still wouldn't get kicked out of SEC. How many times in P5 CFB history has a school been kicked out of their conference for breaking rules?
Temple was kicked out of the Big East in the mid-00s for being terrible at football and having a fanbase and administration that didn't care. That's the only recent major conference example I can think of.
