Let's be careful not to be distracted by all of this.
Bjork just admitted that there was a "pattern of indiscretion" by Hugh Freeze. Many phone calls were deleted, but the U of M recovered them.
Can a FOIA be requested for the phone calls deleted by Freeze? OM admittedly has them in their possession.
