A lot of it is Lovelady's handling of the pitching staff.

Hahaha, you must have missed Bragg and Rooker last inning

I thought he played a little bit in the SEC Tournament?

I know, but can't we signal in pitches for at least a few innings to give LL a break?

I don't know if I've seen such poor plate discipline all season. Half the lineup is chasing balls 3 foot out of the zone.

... and Alexander and Poole aren't even playing.

The worst one I've ever seen was Michael Rutledge vs. Samford in 2006. He looked at three fastballs down the middle of the plate that were in the mid 80's and didn't even take his bat off of his shoulder.

It's not the signals. It's getting these wild ass pitchers to throw strikes and get them through innings.

Yeah, and they don't have the excuse of catching two games today.

Skelton caught vs Troy too... pretty sure anyway. I think we may have to roll the dice with Skelton tomorrow night if we make it that far. I expect balls to start getting by lovelady soon

Cann needs to work plate and base running discipline in the offseason. He wanted aggressive play but we frequently look reckless and out-of-control

Lead-off walks score 112% of the time.

You hit the ball when you've got bases loaded and one out in the top of the inning and a walk and hbp isn't as big of a deal leading off the bottom of the inning.
