Big question. Why would you take a high school power hitter over Rooker? Rooker basically has 21 home runs in AAA ball going against SEC pitching which tells you his power and hitting tools will translate well at the next level. Why wouldn't you take Rooker in the first 10 spots in the draft? Are scouts just that dumb?
Not that simple. The sec is good, but it's not AAA. Definitely think rooker should be 1st round
