Recruiting is a drug to these sickos. They are addicted, can't stop it, and have over dosed. In the same way as that there is only one way to get sober from cocaine, there is only one way for the NCAA to cure their addiction. Take it away.
Addicts can't become sober while they are still able to access the drug. I see no other way that the NCAA can clean it up.
Sure, they can hand down massive sanctions, but like drugies who go to AA, they will only feel sorry for themselves, but over time with access to the drug, the addict will right back into trouble.
Again, I'm not sure what else the NCAA can do.
