Why not just start with Self in the eighth? This is just dumb that he can't learn from the same exact situation last week.
Because we are trying to steal an inning and maybe save self and or Price a little. Plumlee got one and Barlow gets his guy we may be able to sneak another out from Barlow. Then we start the 9th with self and try to save Price. Just didn't work that way bc Barlow walked his guy. He got hosed on the first pitch which completely changed the at bat.
