    Conference-only hitting stats

    Rooker .429
    Magnum .385
    MacNamee .379
    Lovelady .368
    Cody B .345
    Gridley .294

    Belmont .172
    Blaylock .087

25 K's between Belmont and Blaylock. Something has to change if this continues

Is Bragg that bad at 3rd? His hitting can't be much worse. Stovall comes back and move Cody back to the outfield and Bragg at 3rd should be our best hitting lineup.

Hopefully Alexander is settling in. His stats say he was 2/11 (.180) with 4 k on the weekend; but if he steps on 1b Thursday night, he's 3/11 (.270) with a double. I thought he had some good swings this weekend. He definetely has to step up though

Don't know if we can keep trotting a guy out there that doesn't know to touch a base when he advances to the next one lol. But for real, he's a moron.

He made an error.... looked up and thought his toe drug the bag.. but your right take that on hit and he would have been at .270. playing with pain can affect your reactions

BIG difference in not knowing and thinking you did.... and for someone to think he doesn't know to touch the base makes them the moron!

To think that Bragg can even remotely play third base defensively is even worse. The guy can't even play 1B effectively from a defensive standpoint.

Bragg needs to go all Roger Dorn on some defense.

Belmont is overmatched right now at the plate. Either we see some improvement soon or Stovall needs to play 3rd. You can't hit .175 and play 3B. It's a line-up killa.

No need to get defensive little girl. It was a joke (see the lol). Although I don't see how you can think you hit the base - either you did or you didn't. Pretty cut and dry imo.

Macnamee and Lovelady are far and away the most surprising on this list imo. Love to see who steps up. I'm disappointed in Blaylock...I thought he would be better at the plate. Struggles with offspeed stuff. Alexander swings at too many balls

Maybe go Stovall at 3B and give Vansau some more opportunities in LF. Or let MacNamee play LF and give Bragg some AB's at DH.

    On the weekend...

    Mangum -- 4/13 .310
    Rooker -- 5/13 .380
    Gridley -- 1/10 .100
    Macnamee -- 2/8 .250
    Brown -- 6/11 .550
    Poole -- 4/12 .250
Alexander -- 3/11 .270 (giving credit for hit thurs)
    Lovelady -- 3/9 .333
    Blaylock -- 0/8 .000

If you're going to use SSSs, use the most recent. Alexander handled the ball pretty well this weekend against the 2nd best BA against and 3rd best ERA in sec.

Go back 2 more sec games and Alexander is 4/14 (.290). Not sure why you pick now to say he needs to be benched except for just pushing my buttons which you always have a nack for haha

Lmao- now we are giving Belmont credit for hits he didn't get. Holy shit

He was 2/11 on the weekend- he is 5/29 in SEC play- there is no defending that. With Kentucky and SC coming up- we'll see how it goes

Why would we take LA out and leave Blaylock in?

It was a clean double, but Alexander couldn't stand prosperity. I'd hope when considering lineup changes box scores are looked at, but swings more so. Alexander made good contact his last 4 sec games
