I just keep waiting on bragg to earn a spot in the regular order but he hasnt done shit since that one game at Oregon. His bat is much needed but I am not sure hell ever come around at this point.

I thought Cannizaro was supposed to be a good hitting coach, hell we were better when we Cohen balled

Too early to judge him imo, but the increase in Ks among returning players is concerning to me

Not saying hes not gonna be good but its painfully obvious to me that we were not ready to replace Kruger, Lowe, Collins, Hump, etc. We have 4 SEC hitters right now in my opinion. Alexander is hit and miss. Stovall is hurt. The rest are young or just cant hit

I'm not concerned with Gridleys increase in Ks. I'll take an increase in Ks if it means you hit more jacks, doubles, and hit .100 points higher

Yeah, he's certainly not good enough to put up with that. If smith is as good as advertised, I'd like to play him now and maybe put Stovall at catcher when he returns

Am I going crazy or did a rule change sometime? I thought if a player is put in the batting lineup as a pitcher you lost the DH.
So Mangum is staying in as DH?
