Yes, I think so but then that's all they said ... there was no summary given as there was this time around. There were plenty of rumors but nothing definitive about the contents, other than an occasional morsel ... as I recall.

I keep hearing there is not Tunsil stuff on it. How do we know that? We only know what they tell us. I think there is more then what they are letting on.

Just don't see how Tunsil's house doesn't end up on the final report.

There may be some new Tunsil stuff.
From the hostage video:
"As you know, the 2016 notice contained 13 football-related charges. There are now 21 football allegations – eight of which are new, and one allegation from the prior Notice has been expanded. None of the new allegations relate to NFL Draft night."

I took that to mean that "failure to monitor" was increased to LOIC.

we dont know what that actually means at this point

The fact is that we don't know very much, if anything, of what is actually in the Amended NOA. All we know is what the Three Stooges wanted to let the Rebel Nation know, to hopefully calm their fears down some. You know they really want to tell the whole story, but..............there is a confidentality issue. ************

Yeah, that makes sense. As has been said by many, there's likely some negative stuff they're withholding.

They actually listed LOIC as a new allegation. They never discussed the "expanded" allegation.

Two guesses:
1. Tunsil aligations dramatically expanded
2. Academic fraud expanded to include students receiving Pell grants which would be the real reason for all the secrecy since it could affect their accreditation

Seeing as how all schools self impose the least amt of penalties that they think the NCAA accept, I would be scared to death of what's coming if we were in that situation. 9 over 3***

The only thing we know 100% for certain is that they were dishonest and misleading in their hostage video. How do we know this? Because they are dishonest and misleading about EVERYTHING. You would have to be complete moron to take anything they say at face value.

It's a new Level 1, but it is expanded from the first NOA and likely what they meant. That doesn't mean there isn't more they didn't discuss, but I seriously doubt they would have admitted that allegations from the first NOA were expanded without discussing it.

I like the part where Bjork promises his fanbase that he will do everything in his power to keep OM as a member of the SEC and NCAA as if this were in question. I want OM to be branded as the biggest cheaters in college football eva. They can win this prestigious honor by getting a DP or getting kicked out of the conference or ncaa.
Death penalty or bust!!!***

Proposed theory: The 3 stooges launch the video as a means of controlling the latest NOA, which according to them now has 8 more Level I's (but it's probably a lot more) to include LOIC. What if the "failure to monitor" was changed to LOIC AFTER these cheaters were caught again, which we've all speculated numerous times leading up to now (and would be really stupid on their part!!!)?
This may be why Bdork "strangely" mentions remaining a valuable member of the SEC and NCAA in the video -- because even TCUN leaders now realize the corner they've forced the NCAA into with their most recent, foolish, non-contrite violations and that the NCAA has no choice but to DP them into oblivion. Imagine everybody's reaction had TCUN not offered the shock-lessening sugar-coating video enlightening us of the LOIC (which we'll soon find out is based on continuous non-stop NCAA violations even during the current investigation).
And again, if you can't financially contribute to the SEC bottom line, the SEC may have no choice either but to boot them. It's amazing how integrity, honor, ethics and exemplary cooperation (or lack thereof) have allowed TCUN leave their governing partners (NCAA and SEC) with very few choices.

I'm pretty confident they didn't just entirely ignore allegations listed in the new NOA. Even they realize that would be the dumbest thing they could do.
I'm sure they didn't tell absolutely everything, but there's no way we're going to eventually see the NOA and there are actually 15 new Level 1's or anything.

Rosie said today on Boneyard that he's filed FOIA requests for the amended NOI and the famous tape. He also said that legal folks out of Washington DC had reached out to him and their opinion was that sending the NOI to out of state lawyers did not protect Mississippi from the FOIA law. He previously said "that some folks have stepped up and want to get their dirty", which lead me to believe that he may be getting some support to push this legally.
