His an ambulance chasing douche. You can bet on that.

Notice the "we are filing" line? He wants $$$ outta this just like a punk ass om trial lawyer. He's too young (I'm betting) to have enjoyed the tobacco money in the 90's so this is his golden boat.

They do not want this in a court of law. As mentioned before discovery is a bitch. There are things the Network does not want brought up in court.

The NCAA has no legal power to make you turn over evidence. However if Ole Miss Sues then the NCAA lawyers will have the power during the Discovery Period. I really hope they go for it.

Maybe this is posted by the Dean of the Law School. Think about, he wants all the butt hurt parties to hire a primary attorney and an additional six laywers each. Sounds more like an ad to promote lawyers from Old Piss to increase their legal business and/or enrollment for the UNM Law School. I have always said that when I need a Doctor, Pharmacist, or Lawyer, let them be from out of state or Miss College. That is how much I hate the school and everything about them.

    Downside

There has to be a downside to the actions suggested by the 18 year old UM student who wrote this threat.

It is probably that the rest of the SEC would push to remove OM from the SEC.

I would support removing OM and adding Southern (Hattiesburg) to the SEC. That would be nice additional punishment and give the High tier SEC-West schools their expected easy wins. At that point, Conference USA could decide whether to take UM or not. MY belief is that they might see too much drama to take them on.

At that point, UM could establish their own network (either the Hotty Toddy Network - HTN, or the Rebel Yell Network - RYN)and sign all the big TV outlets to televise their games. I am pretty certain they could pick up a late night slot with Channel 16 - Jackson, plus whatever channel televises in Greenville and whatever channel serves the greater Ponotoc Metropolitan area, which includes Oxford.

I figure that would make the HTN network immediately worth maybe $1,509.63 in annual income. Might up itself to $1,586.32 if they add a show with highlights of the Grove action each football week and coverage of ongoing maintenance to the steel understructure of their stadium.

What these OM folks just refuse to understand is that, LL was approached by the NCAA with evidence in hand, that came from Former OM staff already. LL was told that if at a later time it was proven by OM that he had excepted incentives from them that his eligibility would be endanger. The guy didn't have much choice but to except immunity and tell the truth.

Yep, that would give the NCAA the power to find what they need to actually GIVE them the Death Penalty. They will have just THOUGHT that it was a witch hunt before. Give the NCAA subpoena power and they will see a REAL witch hunt.

Did he list where we can donate to the legal defense fund? I really really want one of these to moronic douches to take this to a court of law with full discovery and subpoena power available.
