If I was a student, I would have attempted to start a "rupual" chant every time he touches the ball.

Easier to twist an ankle wearing heels.

Why do their students allow this tradition to continue? How have they not tried to get female cheerleaders ever? So strange. I don't trust em

R Williams said this about Herard, I think we've found our inside player, or something to that effect.

The crowd made a difference. Wasn't full but was engaged when it mattered most. Pack it Tuesday

And this is why he was in the lineup earlier in the year. With a guy that talented, you have to give him experience because of the payoff down the road. And the payoff is starting to come sooner than I expected. We are going to be hell next year.

Yep. His penetration drives our offense. He and Weatherspoon together next year could be something like we've never seen in Starkville.

Exactly! Remember earlier in the year when we had all the walk ons in the game during garbage time except Herard or Datcher? Coach was coaching.

Peters demonstrated big time mental toughness today.

Did Hoggs eyeliner run into his eye at the end of the game there or did he actually twist his ankle? Couldn't tell.

Any idea how to rewatch the game? Since it was on CBS I'm not sure what to do.

Great game and great atmosphere at the Hump. Brought back memories of the old Hump days. Went to the game and had a great time. This team is a lot of fun to watch! Gave great effort and everyone contributed in some fashion or another. Having Coach Howland as our coach is awesome and exciting. He is by far the best coach we have ever had at State. If you haven't been to a game yet this year and you can get to one, I would recommend very highly you go. The Hump wasn't completely filled but I will take it. Those that were there were loud and created a great atmosphere and kudos to all who were there and cheered. We can make a difference!

I'm like pinching myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. Howland has brought us back. 3-1. And the Lady Dawgs!
In a year or two, will we become the next teams to be in both Final Fours? It's wonderful to have basketball back.

There were questionable grooming aspects of the A &M squad today. Not that there's anything wrong with that though.
