There is only one coach on the staff that brings nothing to the table IMO (coaching/recruiting) -Sallach. I would all be for sending him to the office like Mullen tried to do once.
Sallach isn't a good recruiter but at least he tries hard. There's a couple others who don't put forth the effort.
