Dear Dan Walsh, please install Some Okie State Run Concepts For 2017
Watching Okie State @ Oklahoma right now & I love the running game concepts that Gundy is throwing at Oklahoma. Full house backfield & it's causing the Oklahoma linebackers serious issues.
With Fitz, Aeris, Gibson, Hill, along with Mixon or Dear motioning into the backfield, this formation could be crazy awesome for us next season. OU can't stop it. What's great is that this run concept should fit into what we are capable of without having to change our offense

They used that on us in 2013.

I think running those sets will work for us only if we line it up with our normal personnel - Fitz, Williams, Mixon, Dear in the backfield -maybe couch and Gray out wide - otherwise it would actually limit our play choices. Part of what makes our system click is the Play action, and the RPO. If you load that backfield set up with true RBs you really limit yourself.
