Bottom line... Howland is a GREAT recruiter and an avg on the floor coach. If he was anything more he would be at a blue blood.. Not at State. Having said that I think he will get us to the place where we are a tourney team on a semi regular basis.
You don't make 3 straight final 4's if you are just an average floor coach.
