Again he gets the kids to throw well. But lsu knew hiw to approach us tonight and until this point in the 8th is being mocked and innefective.
season in totality proves this wrong regardless if couple douchebags wanna mock it - these 2 morons were stunned when we brought in a new guy 0-2. hell we bring in guys 2-0. they obviously don't know much about how we've done things the past 5 years. I think most of our guys are comfortable with it.
Do I not look like a pothouse? Six foot down the bar. Go on, jog on, walk on, goodbye, bon voyage, **** off.

I will continue to expect Lsu to dominate us as long as they have Mainieri and we have Cohen. It's just the way it is.

Except for us beating them two of three at their place this year. It's all about the regionals, get over yourselves.

This says it all. Don't **** with the lineup Cohen!!!
Cohen adjusted the top of the order tonight for the first time since in May. Top 7 hitters are 2 for 19.

We struggled at the plate and moved the lineup all the way around. The only spots we kept the same were 1,2, and 8. It sucked. Experiment hopefully over. Of course, later today we face a lefty again. Hopefully this won't be the lineup we see.
Hopefully, we sit Rooker. He is on a heck of a slump and we put him in the cleanup spot. Lowe had played all year at the three spot and you move him to the five hole. You basically had a completely new lineup that you threw out there 57 games into the season. That is just plain dumb.

I'd like to see Mangum hit lefty against lefty pitchers. He can't hit a dime against them batting righty. He is unstoppable hitting left side.

1. Hudson is elite against bad teams and average against good teams. Go look at starts against FLA, LSU, A&M
2. We weren't focused at all tonight which is frustrating. No excuse for the errors.
3. Humphreys has got to get out of the slump if we are going to make a fun. He has not been himself lately.
4. Hopefully we got a dose of reality tonight. Idk if we will come back or not, but if we don't we better come out focused tomorrow, because it won't get any easier, and if you make errors against Florida, it won't be 6-2 it will be 16-2.
Lastly I forgot, no reason to change the lineup tonight. If you want to play Stovall that's fine, but don't screw with the order.
As always Hail State and see you boys tomorrow.
pointed out last night by the announcers. That Dak-throws everything hard. Even his cutter and breaking balls are hard. He might need to work on changing speeds.

Dang-Stovall had two hits. I think it is a great idea to go platoon for lefty-righty matchups.

Like they said last night with one of the brothers for LSU hitting Gridley was playing shallow. Why?? If LA could consistently hit the ball Gridley's ass would be on the bench. And what is it about our infielders that don't dive for the damn ball? I've seen so many they have been right there on that they more than likely could have made a play or even saved a run diving for the ball keeping it on the infield.

Oh I agree. Gridley is a decent SS but we have recruited too well to be starting just a decent SS. The SS should be the best player you have on the infield IMO shit if we had Frasier last night we wouldn't have lost the game. Half of LSU's hits went between the 3rd base SS side.

And I will also say that if you are going to start Collins at 3rd, you can't have Gridley at SS. The range on that side is just horrendous.

100% agree. I really wish something would click with LA and he would just take over the SS position. I know he's not 100% right now but hell I think LA less than 100% would be better than Gridley at 100%.

It's nowhere close to as important as you're making it out to be.
Lowe was used to hitting 3rd but since 4 batters had already hit before him by his 1st AB, he was completely screwed up as to how to hit the ball**
