AL has gotten three pitches called strikes which Sexton did not get. All in critical times. 2 to Nate the inning he struck out and one there to Rob.

Have not been clutch today, that's for sure.

OM takes 2 of 3 from LSU.
    A&M/Ark tied 4-4 in 4th
Vandy over Ga 4-1 in 4th

Missed opportunity there. Good job getting out of it. That inning wasn't Cohen's fault I guess bc he didn't do anything unorthodox. Shit why didn't we hit smith for Lowe bc he would hit a double 1/1000 times. At least it's a chance. 2-2 to bottom of 6.

That's not unorthodox that's hold my beer and watch see are the moves that are easy to not do but for some reason we do it.
That's not a very good example.

So -- yes or no -- do you think we have the most talented team in the country this season?

Yes or no -- do we have a team with top 5 talent nationally this year?

The answer to both of those questions is no. Therefore -- outside of your microanalysis of what goes wrong -- Cohen and his decision making is OBVIOUSLY making us a better team far more often than it's making us worse. He's coach of the year in the SEC right now, today, for this season. Yet most of our own fanbase thinks he's an idiot. His coaching decisions for this team is a net gain right now -- and it is not even close.

Still ****ing pissed about removing sexton. Watching Rigby in the game and wasting him for game 2 burns my ass.

We screwed up our lineup by not having feared hitters 2-6 in the lineup. We did have Kruger, Lowe, Humphreys, Rooker, and Collins in those 2-6 rolls. Now we don't. This lineup isn't as good as when Rooker is in there. Just isn't. We need to play our lineup that's hot even if it means not catching Marrero...

For all the hand wringing -- this season has been the most traditionally our pitching staff has been handled in his 8 or 9 years here.

No one questions it if Billingsley is the same guy he was on Tuesday night.
To be fair, I questioned it when it happened. But agree with your larger point. And Wes is an out of the box, matchup-driven guy for sure.

Wtf is he doing??. Bama coach left his #2 guy in the game , with the game on the line.. I thought for sure he would take him out with a 1-2 count with 2 outs and 2 on .. Doesn't everyone do that??.

Why isnt it? It's pretty unorthodox is it not? I want him to stop making the stupid moronic obviously dumb ****ing calls that good high school coaches won't do. It's not the wrong decisions that piss me off its those that are obviously wrong all the time. It's worse than the good times he bunts or hit and runs or makes the right lineup decision.

We've got Rooker for whenever we need him here to go ahead and win it. I didn't like not starting him -- but it's about to pay off here in just a second. Assuming he's not hurt/out today.

Also looks like we're going to burn through the pen. Betting we're headed for extras.

Gotta think Rookers going to grab a bat this inning but we already brought in Holland.

I'm not so impressed with pitching coach. Using Small to just pitch to one batter is stupid. Not using the talent to its potential
