How does that make us babies? To say I am embarrassed is an understatement. This cannon I repeat CANNOT happen. Eastern 17ing Kentucky dude. Our bullpen continues to shit the bed!

I agree. You don't take the bat out of the hand of the guy hitting 400 who is 3 for 4.

Everything going on now was uncalled for. At this point, given the majority of our better players are out of the game, we had little chance to win anyway.

BS dude. I hate bunting more than anyone but that was completely standard. Get pissed at Robson in that spot, not Cohen.

1. Robson already had 3 hits on the night.
2. Pitcher had thrown 5 straight balls before the bunt attempt. At least take a freaking strike before you put the bunt on.

Their RPI was 41 spots behind JSU last season. This is an RPI killer, and quite frankly I don't think you'd be saying its one 17ing game if we lost to JSU 16-12 tonight instead of Eastern Kentucky

Our bullpen will be the death of this team. They are BRUTAL. Tatum should have just told them what he was about to throw and save time. Either way they were all over his shit. 7-8 EKU. That loss will come back to haunt us RPI wise. We will see what kind of balls this team has. That kind of loss could be a confidence killer
ETA: we also have nothing even remotely close to a closer

Yes, everyone is pissed right now but it doesn't negate our sweep last weekend. It's a bad loss but we have ample opportunity to make up for it. May even help us with some bullpen decisions this weekend.

This is why a Cohensbury team will never host. Anyone who has watched us play in the last 5 years knew this loss was coming.

Te bunting of Robson doesn't ****ing matter- we should have never allowed Eastern- ****ing- Kentucky to score 12 runs. The rest is irrelevant
No Mora Excuses

The pitching coach owns this we have talented pitchers. need better preparation and management. Have to know where pitcher is strongest and use it.

Yeah, our bullpen isn't good and that's kind. The problem is we aren't getting 7 ip out of our starters, so we have to use that pen a lot.

It's one thing if we simply played bad tonight. It's another to score 12 runs and blow TWO 6 run leads, especially in the 8th inning. After Tatum gave up 2 bombs in the 8th Sunday, they should've jerked his gas can ass out of the game tonight.

Actually we did get that from our starters last weekend. And KP could have kept going tonight. I mean no one thought the 4 guys we brought in would be so ineffective.

I agree they should have pulled him one batter earlier. That was probably the biggest coaching error of the night. His confidence has to be shot right now.

Hudson -- 5.2 ip
Sexton -- 6.0 ip
Brown -- 7.0 ip
If Hudson and sexton pitch less than 7 ip this weekend, I don't like our chances in those 2 games.

6 has to be enough. Let's hope Hudson can keep that pitch count down.

As of tonight, I don't like our chances regardless.
