    It looks like the storms coming out of Louisiana and into S. Mississippi are less singular in nature. They might still spin up but I look at that as a positive. Looks like the worst of the worst will be to the east of Hattiesburg.

    But when cell service goes out, a weather radio is your best bet for weather information and warnings.

    220 PM CST TUE FEB 23 2016

    THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

    * TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF
    CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

    * EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 220 PM UNTIL
    1000 PM CST.

    * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
    A COUPLE TORNADOES POSSIBLE
    ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE
    ISOLATED LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

    SUMMARY...STORMS WILL SPREAD NORTHWARD FROM LOUISIANA AND SOUTHERN
    MISSISSIPPI INTO CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY
    TONIGHT AS A STORM SYSTEM STRENGTHENS JUST TO THE WEST. THE
    ENVIRONMENT WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR SOME ROTATING STORMS EMBEDDED IN
    THE LARGER RAIN AREAS...AND A COUPLE OF TORNADOES WILL BE
    POSSIBLE...ALONG WITH DAMAGING GUSTS.

    THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 50 STATUTE
    MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 70 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF
