They must not be huge busts. Since by your initial math -- they all still hold roster spots that prevent us from signing new guys in this class. 15 spots and we're full was your twice-made initial stance. But you are moving the goalposts in order to complain about something new now.

Yes -- It's absolutely common for teams to finish the season at 75-80 scholarship players prior to dealing with the draft/graduation. But I guess you think teams actually graduate 25 players every year so they can sign full classes and miraculously still manage to stay under the 85 man limit. Hence how -- if you had followed this trend for any period of time whatsoever -- you would realize we are actually prettymuch in the center of the normal range. We'll probably only have to process 2 or 3 this year. The 85 number is only applicable to anyone the second week of August. Nobody finishes the season with 85.
