I think our assistants will get a raise this year not sure how much. Coming into this season our assistants were making more than OM's.
I could be wrong on this, but I think all of their contracts go through NSD. Their performance on the recruiting trail helps dictate their raises, which I like. Where I could be wrong is that I'm not certain it's done for everyone on staff, but I know some of our coaches have had their contract renewals timed in Feb.
